His career began after graduating from the University of Oregon with a BA in Business, when he began working as an Investment Broker, focusing on investments and portfolio management for individuals as well as bond portfolios for California municipalities. In 2000, Allan began working as Senior Vice President of Operations for a private mortgage investment company, tasked with managing company operations in both real estate and large mortgage services throughout the US and abroad. During this time, Allan earned an advanced degree in banking from Louisiana State University and found a passion for real estate after engaging in multiple high-level real estate ventures.Since 2010, after relocating to Southern California, Allan has focused on his esteemed real estate career and specializes in
the Coachella Valley areas including: La Quinta,  Rancho Mirage, Indian Wells,Indio and Palm Desert.
